Experienced Perigon Group team delivers strong year end results

Not for Profit, Aged Care and Financial Services - these are the industries with which Perigon Group worked most closely in the in FY24.

The recently completed financial year was a successful one for PeopleIN’s professional services recruitment business, with strong placement numbers across a wide range of industries – Property, Retail, Education and Legal among other industries topping the list of sectors in which placements were made.

There’s been notable growth in key and emerging sectors but for Melbourne based Director Caroline Guthrie, it’s the focus on building strong, stable relationships with clients which makes her most proud and sets Perigon Group apart in a competitive industry.

“One of our greatest strengths is the experience of our leadership team,” Caroline said. “Together, the directors of our business have a 116 years of combined recruitment experience … hopefully, that doesn’t just make us appear old!”
