Glen Richards

Glen has over 26 years of experience in the retail and professional services sectors with extensive operational experience in fast growing companies, especially in healthcare sectors.
Glen was the founding Managing Director of Greencross Limited and Co-Founder of Mammoth Pet Holdings Pty Ltd, prior to its merger with Greencross Limited in 2014.
He is currently Chairman of Healthia Pty Ltd and a director of Greencross Limited, Montserrat Private Day Hospitals, Smart Clinics General Medical Practices, Regeneus Ltd and 1300Smiles Limited. Glen is also a shareholder, advisor and mentor of a number of innovative technology companies.

Tom Reardon
Executive Director
Tom commenced with PeopleIN in 2003, became a director in 2006 and proceeded to significantly grow the business into one of the leading labour hire and workforce management groups in Australia.
He is recognised throughout Australia as a leader in the workforce management sector. Tom has been responsible for major growth and also launched other workforce brands including Mobilise and Timberwolf, which have grown to be successful labour hire brands of PeopleIN.
Tony Peake OAM
Non-Executive Director
Tony brings over 25 years of board level experience in sectors including retail, consumer, education, and government.
As the former Chief Operating Officer of PwC Australia, Tony led the Finance, Technology, Real Estate, Business Services, and Procurement functions. He has held non-executive directorships at Domino’s Pizza Enterprises, Bakers Delight, Country Fire Authority, Central Highlands Water, Scanlon Capital, The Australian Ballet, and as Chair of the Museum of Australian Photography.
Tony is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (FCA), a Fellow and Graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD) and was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) in 2023 for his service to the community through various organisations.
Ross Thompson

Ross commenced with PeopleIN as Chief Executive Officer in October 2021.
Ross has led in a wide range of multi-national corporate, sporting and military environments, and built sustainable and profitable professional service operations in Australia, Asia and Africa.
Ross is also a Non Executive Director of Football Queensland.
Lis Mannes
Non- Executive Director
Lis brings more than three decades of international experience in the FMCG and industrial sectors and is a Chartered Engineer with a track record of strategic leadership and operational excellence. She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Quickstep Holdings Limited.
Lis' insights, experience, and leadership brings a complementary perspective to the board but help guide the company toward further innovative strategies and sustainable growth.
Vu Tran
Non-Executive Director
A medical professional and tech entrepreneur, Vu is the co-founder of Go1 - a venture capital-backed, e-learning company with approximately 5 million users worldwide. Vu’s skillset in leveraging technology to develop innovative solutions at scale will be invaluable to PeopleIN as it solidifies itself as a leader in the provision of technology-enabled talent solutions.
In addition to Go1, Vu is a practicing GP, with a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Bond University, and a Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP).
