Tom commenced with PeopleIN in 2003, became a director in 2006 and proceeded to significantly grow the business into one of the leading labour hire and workforce management groups in Australia.

He is recognised throughout Australia as a leader in the workforce management sector. Tom has been responsible for major growth and also launched other workforce brands including Mobilise and Timberwolf, which have grown to be successful labour hire brands of PeopleIN.
