Glen has over 26 years of experience in the retail and professional services sectors with extensive operational experience in fast growing companies, especially in healthcare sectors. 

Glen was the founding Managing Director of Greencross Limited and Co-Founder of Mammoth Pet Holdings Pty Ltd, prior to its merger with Greencross Limited in 2014.

He is currently Chairman of Healthia Pty Ltd and a director of Greencross Limited, Montserrat Private Day Hospitals, Smart Clinics General Medical Practices, Regeneus Ltd and 1300Smiles Limited. Glen is also a shareholder, advisor and mentor of a number of innovative technology companies.
