Techforce embarks on east coast expansion
Signalling an ambitious expansion plan, our leading labour hire business Techforce is ramping up on the east coast, relocating one of its leaders to grow operations in the Sunshine State.
For more than 25 years Techforce has supplied qualified and experienced blue and white collar candidates to a range of industries across Australia. Founded in Adelaide and now headquartered in Perth, the team place talent across the country.
And, while they have good success in the eastern states, deploying National Manager of Techforce's Facilities Management division, Ronnel Britannia, to Brisbane signals their commitment to further building a national presence.
"We’re aiming to replicate the remarkable success we've achieved in Western Australia, South Australia and in the Northern Territory, here on the east coast," Ronnel said.
"Our expansion plans are a direct response to the increased demand for services and supply from our clients on this side of the country. It also simplifies our collaboration with PeopleIN’s Health and Community brands and helps us provide more comprehensive talent solutions in the facilities management sector”.
Techforce's Facilities Management team is dedicated to connecting talented individuals with roles in operations, security, maintenance, cleaning, and refurbishment, encompassing all integrated services critical to the functioning of operational and administrative facilities. Their focus spans across regional FIFO (Fly-In, Fly-Out) workplaces and urban settings, ensuring a wide-reaching impact.
The Facilities Management East Coast Grand Recruitment Day, held in Brisbane earlier this month, highlighted the tremendous demand for qualified individuals in the sector. More than 120 people attended the two sessions, emphasising the strong interest in the opportunities offered by Techforce.
"The outstanding turnout underscores the eagerness from candidates in the sector," Ronnel said.
"There’s a big candidate pool interested in both FIFO and urban based positions and it was a great opportunity to provide them with a comprehensive understanding of what these roles entail."
"We have strong contracts with key clients and we’re growing our candidate base, and our goal is to maintain and grow these partnerships while forging new ones".
With servicing existing national agreements, building existing client partnership and growing new ones, and expanding the offering to candidates the top priorities for Techforce, all signs are positive for their growth in eastern Australia.
