About the role
Due to continued success and growth, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to continue the growth of our business and brand in the Parramatta area.
This role will focus on new clients and identify, build and maintain key client relationships to increase market presence and help achieve financial growth.
We’re looking for someone who’s switched on, self-motivated, and thrives in high-activity environments.
You will:
- Identify and engage with potential and current clients in the
industry, building long lasting relationships by delivering
exceptional recruitment solutions. - Generate revenue from new business in line with set budget.
- Develop and implement sales strategy plan.
- Conduct business development calls.
- Conduct weekly sales visits/new client meetings.
- Work with business development/tender teams to respond to bids
and tenders. - Conduct OH&S reviews (risk and hazard assessments) as required.
- Manage new client onboarding process via Credit Team.
- Fee negotiation in line with Trading Terms.
To be successful in this role you will be an out of the box thinker and have an entrepreneurial flair.
You'll do well in this role if you;
- Are motivated, autonomous, and results driven
- Have proven experience in a sales/business development role
- Persistent, perseverant, and positive, in order to achieve the desired outcome
- A background in recruitment/labour hire or a fast-paced customer-facing role
- You’re confident picking up the phone, building rapport, and managing varied priorities.
- Strong organisation, eye for detail and can keep systems and compliance up to date.
- The maturity to manage your workload, follow through, and work as part of a high-performing team.
