This award celebrates a team which typifies the essence of humanity at work.
Nominated teams will demonstrate humility, setting ego aside to deliver high-quality results. How their compassion, kindness, and empathy create a supportive environment, fostering collaboration and trust. The award honors a team which embodies the values of being human, inspiring others to follow their example.
Through the "Be Human" Award we acknowledge the profound impact of human qualities in building strong and successful teams. It acknowledges those who embody the values of humility, compassion, and connection, setting a shining example for their peers and inspiring others to do the same.
Selection Criteria
Please submit a video, of no more than 2 minutes in length, which explains how your brand or function has demonstrated the PeopleIN value to BE HUMAN. Please discuss at least one initiative where your brand/function has demonstrated being HUMAN.
Initiatives could include an example of high-performing team, a commitment to safety & culture, exceeded strategy or benchmarks, Shared Value initiatives.
Video Criteria
All videos must be filmed in landscape orientation and must be signed off by your General Manager prior to submission.

- What did you do? Tell us what you did in FY24. Give us the details: What/When/How/Why? (45 sec)
- What was the result? Discuss the effectiveness of any measures implemented. What impact did that have on your brand/division/Group? (45 sec)
- Why should you win? Summarise why your brand deserves this award (30 sec)
