The "Be Extraordinary" Award acknowledges the profound impact of their contributions and their dedication to achieving excellence each and every time.

Selection Criteria

Please submit a video, of no more than 2 minutes in length, which explains how your brand or function has demonstrated the PeopleIN value to BE HUMAN. Please discuss at least one initiative where your brand/function has demonstrated being HUMAN. ​

Initiatives could include an example of high-performing team, a commitment to safety & culture, exceeded strategy or benchmarks, Shared Value initiatives. 

Video Criteria

All videos must be filmed in landscape orientation and must be signed off by your General Manager prior to submission.
