The winning team for the "Be Bold" Award steps easily out of their comfort zone and embrace challenges head-on. They will possess the courage to identify new opportunities and take calculated risks to achieve extraordinary results.​

This team will show a keen eye for identifying areas where costs can be reduced, revenue can be maximised, or new markets can be explored. Their entrepreneurial mindsets drives them to think outside the box, propose innovative solutions, and implement strategies that have a tangible impact on the organisation's success.​

The Award recognises an unwavering determination to explore new horizons and drive positive change, not only benefits the organisation but inspires their colleagues to push boundaries and embrace a bold and progressive mindset.

Selection Criteria

Please submit a video, of no more than 2 minutes in length, which explains how your brand or function has demonstrated the PeopleIN value to BE HUMAN. Please discuss at least one initiative where your brand/function has demonstrated being HUMAN. ​

 ​

Initiatives could include an example of high-performing team, a commitment to safety & culture, exceeded strategy or benchmarks, Shared Value initiatives. 

Video Criteria

All videos must be filmed in landscape orientation and must be signed off by your General Manager prior to submission.
