About The Role
We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our driven team. We are looking for someone to enter our white collar and government recruitment space.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Client and stakeholder engagement and relationship building
  • Fostering new and existing client bases
  • Sourcing, reviewing and screening of candidates and candidate applications
  • Conducting interviews via phone, video, or face-to-face
  • Maintenance of database, admin, and reporting
  • Compliance checks
  • Management of placed employees, including timesheets

About You
You will be a self-starter with a genuine desire to deliver, and in return we will offer you a great work environment and career growth.

You will also possess the following:
  • Experience in the recruitment industry is ESSENTIAL
  • Experience in recruiting in the white collar or government space is preferable
  • Tertiary degree in relative faculty advantageous
  • Ability to build relationships with high level stakeholders
  • A friendly, professional manner
  • Capability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
