About the role
Due to continued growth and a considerable increase in demand from our Mining clients we have an exciting opportunity for a  Recruitment Consultant - Blue Collar Civil & Outdoor roles.

This is a candidate facing role, encompassing all tasks from sourcing through to placement! Work in tandem with Account Managers and BDMs nationally predominantly within the mining sector.

As part of the team, you will focus on attracting and sourcing candidates and building strong relationships with our stakeholders. This is a rewarding role, whilst always offering new opportunities to work on you will be ultimately connecting our candidates with awesome outcomes.
  
It can be fast-paced and high volume requiring the ability to be agile whilst delivering quality in all areas of service. But we have your back, you will be supported to thrive, with mentoring and training to ensure you are successful.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Develop strong working relationships with candidates predominantly in the Mining industry
  • All aspects of recruitment from sourcing, screening to placement
  • Assess potential candidates, evaluating their skills, qualifications, and aspirations to ensure a perfect match to present to client
  • Ensure recruitment process compliance
  • Develop market intel on candidate sentiment and drivers for candidate attraction
What you bring
Your experience working in a similar recruitment and/or customer service role will provide a solid foundation for your success. You will be a self-starter with a positive attitude, outstanding work ethic and a genuine desire to learn and develop.

You will possess the following:
  • Preferred experience – 2 years Blue Collar 
  • Experience working within a target/KPI driven environment
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with all stakeholders
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Persistence, perseverance and positivity to achieve the desired outcome
  • A desire to learn, be a part of a team and have fun!
