About the role
We are currently seeking a Payroll Officer to join our team based in Shellharbour to play a critical role in providing support within the payroll team, looking after two of our Health and Community Brands.
This position will ideally suit someone is thrives in a high volume role, enjoys working with data and systems, and has high attention to detail.
You will be responsible for:
- Provide accurate and timely weekly payroll services
- End of month payroll balancing & reporting
- End of year payroll balancing & reporting including Single Touch Payroll reconciliation
- Complete customer requests such as terminations, adjustments and classifications changes
- Maintain personnel data and customer support databases to ensure systems reflect current information
- Provide assistance to other Payroll Officers and the Payroll Manager
- Process weekly invoice processing and reporting - approx. 16 clients per week
- Process and submit weekly STP to ATO
- Process and submit monthly superannuation guarantee lodgements
- Salesforce platform, Sirenum rostering and 2CloudNine payroll system
