The opportunity
Due to continued success and growth, we are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to continue to drive the growth of our blue collar business and brand in Parramatta .
This role will focus on fostering our existing client base along with new clients by building and maintaining key relationships to increase market presence and help achieve financial growth.
- Manage a portfolio of loyal Blue Collar clients in Sydney and some regional areas - car allowance on top of base salary
- Continue to identify key players and new business opportunities
- Develop sustainable relationships with key client stakeholders
- Source, interview and place candidates
- Communicate effectively with client and candidates
- Network and maintain a strong candidates pipelines
- Maintain database accuracy and general administration
- Effectively manage the team and P&L
This role requires someone who thinks outside of the box and has drive and passion. You will possess the following:
- Experience in Recruitment, Sales, or Business Development
- Be results driven and solution focused
- Ability to build effective business relationships
- Persistence, perseverance, and positivity to achieve the desired outcome
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
