This opportunity is with one of our fast-growing entities, Vision Surveys. Vision Surveys (QLD) has been operating in Queensland for over a decade, with the three Directors having a combined local presence of over 50 years. They provide comprehensive Mining, Engineering, or Cadastral Land Surveying and Town Planning Consulting.
About the role
Due to continued success and growth, we are seeking someone to join the team to offer Asset Administrator based in Rockhampton.
You will be responsible for:
- Oversee and maintain our fleet of tools, equipment, and vehicles, ensuring they are available and in top condition.
- Track and record all asset allocations to staff.
- Repairs & maintenance - Coordinate repairs and servicing to minimize downtime.
- Compliance & Safety -Manage test & tag, calibrations, certifications, and inspections to ensure all equipment meets safety and regulatory standards.
- PPE & Consumables Management - Order, store, and distribute PPE and consumables, ensuring availability and compliance with safety standards.
- Supplier & Vendor Liaison -Work with external repairers, suppliers, and service providers to ensure cost-effective and timely solutions.

To be successful in this role you will be dedicated and driven, with the ability to think outside the box.
